Staff

Camp Seneca Lake takes pride in the quality staff that return year after year. Our division heads, Chinuch staff, Sports & specialty staff, waterfront directors, infirmary personnel and any other specialty area staff all play an integral part in the day to day operation of the camp. We are one big family that cares for your children like our own. Camp Seneca Lake is home to approximately 600 campers and 250 staff. Our counselor staff come to us from many of the main Yeshivahs in the New York Area as well as Florida, California and Israel. Working at Camp Seneca Lake is a very rewarding experience for both the staff members and the campers and ultimately, our goal is to have these experiences, friendships and memories stay with the campers and staff for the rest of their lives.

Activities & Facilities

Our 195 wooded and landscaped acres feature a private lake, outstanding sports facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, three gyms, tennis courts and much more. All indoor areas including dining room, shul and bunks are all comfortably air conditioned.

High quality, nourishing meals, with daily salad bar and pasta station, plus our famous ice cream parlor are all part of the Seneca experience.

Mission & History

Since we began in 1974 our goal has been to provide an amazing summer camp experience for children of all ages. We provide a safe environment in a Torah-true community where campers experience new activities, build self-esteem, develop lasting friendships, and collect a lifetime of memories all while reinforcing our common Jewish values and love of Israel. We are committed to ensuring that each camper has an awesome summer and counts the days until their next summer at Camp Seneca Lake.
